These Software Licence Terms apply to software products supplied by
Whisky Globetrotters Ltd, including Instant Reveal Pro.
By purchasing, downloading, installing or activating the software, you agree to these terms.

1. Licence Grant

When you purchase a software licence, Whisky Globetrotters Ltd grants you a limited,
non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install and use the software in accordance
with the licence option purchased.

2. Licence Options

1 Site Licence
Allows activation on one website.

5 Sites Licence
Allows activation on up to five websites.

Agency Licence

Allows unlimited website activations for websites operated, maintained or managed by the licence holder.

The Agency Licence does not permit the licence key itself to be resold, sublicensed, distributed or supplied as a standalone product.

3. Licence Keys

Licence keys are issued to the purchaser and are intended for use only within the
limits of the licence purchased.

You must not publish, share, sell or distribute your licence key to unauthorised third parties.

We may suspend or revoke a licence key where we reasonably believe it has been copied,
shared, resold, abused or used outside the terms of the purchased licence.

4. Licence Period and Updates

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, Instant Reveal Pro licences include 12 months of software updates and support from the date the licence is issued.

After that period, renewal may be required to continue receiving software updates, support or additional licence services.

Renewal may be required to receive further software updates, support or to activate the software on additional websites.

5. Software Updates

During an active licence period, updates may be made available to improve compatibility,
functionality, reliability or security.

We cannot guarantee indefinite compatibility with every future version of WordPress, WooCommerce, third-party plugins, themes, competition software or hosting environments. Where practical, updates may be released to maintain compatibility with supported systems.

6. Compatibility

Instant Reveal Pro is designed for compatible WooCommerce competition websites.

Instant Reveal Pro provides the interactive scratch-card reveal layer.
It does not select winners, allocate prizes or determine competition results.

Your compatible competition software remains responsible for ticket allocation,
winner selection and prize assignment.

7. Installation and Configuration

You are responsible for maintaining a suitable WordPress and WooCommerce environment
and for keeping appropriate backups before installing or updating software.

Where you are unsure about compatibility, please contact Support before purchasing or installing.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Resell or redistribute the software as your own product.
• Sell or distribute licence keys separately from an authorised licence.
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with the licence activation system.
• Use one licence on more websites than the purchased licence permits.
• Use the software for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

The software, source code, branding, documentation and associated intellectual property
remain the property of Whisky Globetrotters Ltd and its respective licensors.

Purchasing a licence gives you permission to use the software. It does not transfer
ownership of the software or its intellectual property.

10. Support

Support is provided for reasonable questions relating to installation, activation,
licensing and operation of the software.

Support does not include custom website development, modification of unrelated third-party
software or repair of problems caused by incompatible or improperly configured third-party systems.

11. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Nothing in these terms affects any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

12. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve or modify the software over time. Features may change where reasonably
necessary for compatibility, security or continued development.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Whisky Globetrotters Ltd will not be responsible for indirect
or consequential losses arising from the use of the software, including losses resulting from
third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments or incompatible configurations.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Scotland, subject to any mandatory
consumer rights that apply to the purchaser.
