Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Whisky Globetrotters® Shop, operated by Whisky Globetrotters Ltd.
By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Whisky Globetrotters® Shop supplies WordPress plugins, digital tools, software licences and selected physical merchandise.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been successfully authorised or received.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, payment problem, suspected fraud or other legitimate reason.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise.
The total amount payable will be shown before you place your order.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
4. Digital Products and Software Licences
Digital products, including Instant Reveal Pro, may be supplied by download and/or licence key.
Where digital content is supplied immediately, you will be asked before completing your order to expressly consent to supply beginning immediately and to acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right to cancel will be lost once supply of the digital content begins.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer-law requirements.
5. Software Licence Use
A software licence grants you permission to use the software according to the licence purchased.
For Instant Reveal Pro:
1 Site Licence permits activation on one website.
5 Sites Licence permits activation on up to five websites.
Agency Licence permits multiple website activations in accordance with the licence terms supplied with the product.
Unless expressly permitted, licences must not be resold, transferred, shared, redistributed or used to provide unauthorised copies of the software.
6. Updates
Instant Reveal Pro licences include 12 months of software updates and support from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page. The software may continue to be used after that period on websites already activated within the terms of the licence, but renewal may be required for further updates, support or new activations.
Access to updates after that period may require renewal or another valid licence where applicable.
7. Compatibility
Customers are responsible for checking the published requirements and compatibility information before purchasing.
Instant Reveal Pro is designed for compatible WooCommerce competition websites and works alongside compatible competition software.
Instant Reveal Pro does not itself select competition winners or assign prizes.
8. Physical Merchandise
Physical goods will be dispatched to the delivery address supplied at checkout.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods should normally be delivered within 30 days under UK distance-selling rules.
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Our separate Refund Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.
10. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure.
You must provide accurate information when ordering and keep your contact information up to date.
11. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, graphics, documentation and other content supplied by Whisky Globetrotters Ltd remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Whisky Globetrotters® is a registered trade mark.
Purchasing a software licence does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
12. Availability
We may update, improve, replace or discontinue products or services from time to time.
Where changes affect an existing paid entitlement, we will honour applicable contractual and statutory obligations.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
We are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14. Website Use
You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.
15. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The terms applying to a purchase will normally be those in force when the order was placed.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Scots law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have regarding the courts in which legal proceedings may be brought.
